This package is for individuals (who have a uterus, eggs or sperm), so is for solo mums by choice, those who are using donor sperm, a surrogate, or those of you in a couple where only one of you is seeking assistance to make improvements to your health and fertility
and are doing or planning to do IVF/ART

This package focuses on helping you to improve your chances of conceiving via IVF or ART. It will help you to understand your options and to investigate and improve your fertility health. 

If you’re an individual who has a uterus, eggs or sperm and needs some help to conceive via IVF or ART, then this is the package for you!

It is perfect for solo mums by choice, those who are using donor sperm, or those of you in a couple where only one of you is seeking assistance to make improvements to your health and fertility.

For individuals who:

• are considering or are planning to freeze eggs or embryos

• are considering doing IVF or ART, but want to be informed of their options and to be supported make the best choice for them

• are going to do IVF/ART soon, but want to first improve their health to enhance their chances of being successful

• have had IVF/ART failure and want to improve their health before doing another round

• have been through IVF and didn't respond well, either physically, emotionally or didn't get a good outcome and would like support in their next round

• would like to have another fertility professional, other than their fertility specialist, to speak about their options, explain important information about IVF/ART and provide support and reassurance

• are preparing for a frozen embryo transfer and want to improve chances of implantation success 

• have had recurrent implantation failure  or IVF pregnancy loss and want to find out the underlying cause to improve their chance of success in future transfers

What to expect during our calls

1st Consultation:
60-minute Zoom consultation + Kathryn will prepare your treatment plan and referrals and follow up after our call.

• Meet and greet, introduction to session

• Discussion of your goals and expectations for the consultation

• Detailed evaluation of your health, lifestyle and reproductive history

• Analysis of your situation to assess priorities for optimising your fertility with diet and lifestyle

• Setting of fertility goals

• Recommendations and potential referrals for testing + letter writing to your medical team (if appropriate)

• Personalized prescription recommendations including herbal + nutritional supplements, test recommendations and individualized dietary and lifestyle recommendations

• Supporting educational material for improving fertility and IVF success

2nd Consultation:
45-minute Zoom consultation + Kathryn will prepare your treatment plan and referrals and follow up after our call.

• Review of your progress since our last meeting

• Address any concerns or questions that have arisen since our last meeting

• Review of test results

• Continued support for dietary and lifestyle changes, plus an update of your prescription

• Supporting educational material for improving fertility and IVF success

3rd Consultation:
45-minute Zoom consultation + Kathryn will prepare your treatment plan and referrals and follow up after our call.

• Review of your progress since our last meeting

• Address any concerns or questions that have arisen since our last meeting

• Review of test results

• Continued support for dietary and lifestyle changes, plus an update of your prescription
