“You got this” postnatal package supports you and your baby to thrive. From 2 weeks to 12 months post-birth,
you will have your questions answered and both you and your baby’s health and wellbeing will be nurtured

From my personal experience of being a new Mumma and from seeing my patients move from pregnancy into postnatal, I feel that postnatal support is essential.

While it’s an incredible time to welcome your new baby into the world and fall in love, it can also be a time of feeling like you don’t know what the heck you’re doing!

Surrounding yourself with people who can provide education, knowledge and support makes it a much easier and more enjoyable time. You can focus on your baby rather than relying on Google and being glued to your phone to find the answers. I love helping new parents navigate their way through this time, and I know how much naturopathic postnatal care can benefit everyone’s health, happiness and well-being.

This package is for postnatal parents and extends through the first year after your baby is born.

3-months postnatal
