A comprehensive and personalised investigation into your fertility, designed to uncover what may still be missing and give you a clear, targeted plan for moving forward.

Your RCD+PR includes:

  • 90-minute Root Cause Assessment
    A detailed exploration of your fertility and medical history, previous testing, treatments, IVF cycles and outcomes, alongside any factors that may be affecting egg quality, sperm health, conception, implantation or pregnancy.

  • Comprehensive case analysis
    Following your assessment, Kathryn will spend several hours reviewing your history, results and records to identify patterns, potential contributing factors and areas requiring further investigation.

  • 90-minute Prescription Consultation
    Kathryn will take you through her findings and provide your personalised testing, supplement, nutrition and lifestyle recommendations. Recommendations can also be created for your partner where relevant.

  • Your personalised Prescription Roadmap
    A clear written plan bringing together your priorities, recommended investigations and the specific actions you can take to support your fertility.

  • Preconception education and testing modules
    You will receive practical education around foundational preconception care, along with a comprehensive module explaining the fertility testing options available, what different investigations assess and which may be relevant to your individual situation.

  • Review of your recommended test results
    Kathryn will review the priority testing recommended within your Roadmap before your final consultation. Results must be submitted at least five business days beforehand.

  • 60-minute Progress and Refinement Consultation
    Held approximately four weeks after your Prescription Consultation, giving you time to complete testing, obtain your supplements and begin implementing your plan. Kathryn will review your progress and available results, answer your questions and refine your recommendations where needed.

Review of testing applies to the priority investigations recommended as part of your Roadmap. Extensive additional testing completed independently may require further analysis or consultation.
