The purpose of this intensive

The purpose of this intensive is to help you get to the root cause of why you haven’t been able to get pregnant, and to address it in a structured, evidence-based way.

Over the 8 weeks, support is focused on:

  • identifying the underlying factors affecting your fertility
  • guiding the right investigations for your specific situation
  • adjusting recommendations based on how your body responds
  • supporting informed decisions around treatment options and timing

The focus is not on doing more, but on doing what is most likely to improve outcomes.

How support is provided over the 8-weeks

Support is provided through a combination of private sessions, group access, and email support, so you’re guided as information emerges, not left waiting or second-guessing.

Private 1:1 sessions

You’ll receive three private consultations during the intensive.

These sessions are used to:

  • review and interpret your test results in the context of your overall health
  • understand how specific findings may be affecting your ability to conceive or sustain a healthy pregnancy
  • refine recommendations to better support fertility, implantation, and pregnancy outcomes
  • talk through decisions around treatment pathways and timing

These sessions are focused on helping you understand what is actually affecting your fertility and what needs to change.

Group Calls

You’ll also have access to six group calls.

 These calls give you the option to:

  • ask practical questions as results come in
  • clarify recommendations between private sessions
  • hear explanations that may help you better understand your own situation
  • connect with other members of the Fertility and Beyond community who are in a similar situation 

Attendance is optional and designed to provide support without overwhelm.

 

Email support during the 8 weeks

Email support is included throughout the intensive.

If you receive new test results:

  • you can email them through for review
  • you’ll receive a response within 48 hours

If a result needs more detailed discussion, you’ll be guided to the most appropriate place to explore it further — either in a private session or during office hours.

This ensures important information is addressed promptly and appropriately.

Either way, you will no longer be guessing.

You will understand:

  • what has been preventing pregnancy
  • why previous approaches may not have worked
  • what needs to happen next to move toward a healthy pregnancy and baby
  • This intensive is designed to bring you to answers, not leave you in ongoing uncertainty.
